This week Dad planted grass in our front yard.
Of course there had to be some antics by the "boys" before the job got started.
The broilers got out of the cardboard box and into the coop. They again got pecked at by the Rhode Island Reds. I gave up having them in the box and let them have the front area of the coop.
These are the first chickens I have had who are not afraid to go outside.
In past years I would push them out the door and then lock it to keep them outside.
Dad's WC52 military vehicle is getting loaded up to get tuned up for Czech Days!
